VALUING DIVERSITY

The Spagnolli vineyard stands out for its heterogeneity: seabed and limestone structures from different geological eras, marls and organogenic limestones of Malcesine, Nago and Chiusole, are combined with south-west and south-east exposure, and winds that are influenced by the majestic mountains surrounding the vine. All these elements generate differences in the vines and, thus, in the ripening of the grapes, which are processed separately in the cellar and then expertly assembled to define the identity of Disìo, the most representative essence of the Spagnolli amphitheatre.

The meticulous manual collection of the grapes in small baskets allows to preserve, and thus to enhance, the natural differences of the terraces that make up the Spagnolli amphitheatre, which are always vinified separately.

Finally, the different crus are assembled to define the elegant and unique taste-olfactory experience of the Spagnolli creations.

CLASSIC METHOD

The initial idea of the two friends was later supported by data analysis, measurements, experiments and countless tests, confirming the ideal blend between Cimone and Classic Method.

PASSION

WINE ARTISANS
