The Experience of Roots,
the Momentum of the Future
Fr|Al is born from the encounter and complicity between Francesco and Alvise Spagnolli: the profound experience of the land and the momentum of the new generation unite in a cuvée of pure excellence. An authentic dialogue between father and son, etched into torn paper and safeguarded in the silence of time.
Limestone Rigor & Fine Perlage
Cultivated on steep limestone terraces defying gravity, Fr|Al expresses the vibrant minerality of alpine rock paired with creamy, profound persistence.
Francesco & Alvise
“Vin de réserve: the reward of long-awaited research.” — Francesco Spagnolli
“Fresh, vibrant, dreamy wines looking into the far distance.” — Alvise Spagnolli
Audacious slopes,
manual harvest
From Trentina pergola and Guyot up to 11,000 vines/ha.
Pinot Noir, strictly hand-harvested in small perforated baskets to preserve complete berry integrity, undergoes gentle fractioned pressing. Vinification takes place in stainless steel and French oak barriques.
A slow second fermentation follows, then over 40 months of ageing on the lees. The finishing touch is a liqueur d’expédition crafted from reserve wines carefully preserved in a perpetual reserve.

Tasting Notes
Sight
A straw yellow with lemon nuances frames the fine mountain perlage that, dense and delicate, enriches the glass with brilliant golden gleams.
Nose
An assertive aroma with luscious notes of ripe fruit: quince, pomegranate and Mediterranean citrus, accompanied by complex pastry-like nuances that evolve with aeration.
Taste
A decisive, clean entry. The acidity provides a counterpoint to the pronounced alpine minerality, while a delicate mousse lengthens the finish across a creamy texture.
Fr|Al is ideally suited to a whole-meal gastronomic journey, courtesy of its profound and savory structure. An ideal companion for raw seafood, fish tartare, and flavorful medium-aged cheeses.
